Coach John Hampton joins the Fort Worth Christian Cardinals as an Assistant Coach in his first season, bringing with him 28 years of experience in high school and college baseball. Hampton’s career has spanned all levels of collegiate baseball, having coached at the DI, DII, and DIII levels. He has mentored 19 former players who have made it to the big leagues and has seen 39 of his players get drafted into professional baseball.

Hampton has also served as an associate scout for the St. Louis Cardinals and the New York Yankees, gaining invaluable insight into the professional baseball landscape. His wealth of knowledge and dedication to developing athletes both on and off the field makes him a key asset to the Cardinals' program.

Hampton is committed to fostering the growth of young athletes and is excited to bring his expertise to Fort Worth Christian.
